This membership not only highlights the consultancy’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional recruitment solutions within the rail sector but also coincides with RIA’s remarkable 150th anniversary celebration.
Celebrating 150 Years of Rail Industry Excellence In July 2025, RIA celebrated its 150th anniversary with a special event in London, bringing together key members of the railway industry. The milestone event was attended by over 600 professionals, industry leaders, policy makers, and stakeholders who gathered to commemorate RIA’s 150 years of championing the UK’s rail supply sector. During this celebratory evening, Advance TRS Management Consultancy was proudly awarded its membership certificate as part of the historic celebration, marking an exciting new chapter in its growth within the sector.
This event featured insightful speeches from RIA’s leadership, including Chief Executive Darren Caplan and Chair Noel Travers, as well as notable figures from key rail organisations such as Angie Doll, CEO of GTR, and Andy Lord, Commissioner for Transport for London. Guests also had the opportunity to network, participate in a charity raffle for Railway Children, enjoy live music, and receive RIA’s commemorative book, “Steam to Digital: 150 Years of the Railway Industry Association.”
