
Brittany Ferguson is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with over 12 years of international experience transforming complex engineering and infrastructure portfolios into high-performing programmes. She is widely recognised for her people-first approach and her ability to integrate culture and technical delivery to achieve long-term success.
Currently the Head of Programme Management for HS2’s £190m Technical Integration portfolio, Brittany leads a matrix team of over 100, delivering strategic outcomes aligned to HS2’s most critical benefits and systems integration objectives. Her leadership includes defining delivery strategies, embedding PMO capabilities, managing NEC contracts worth over £100m, and engaging senior stakeholders such as the DfT and Network Rail.
Previously, Brittany managed a £50m programme at Network Rail, focused on reducing fatalities and life-changing injuries, where she successfully introduced new safety standards, technologies, and training. Her collaborative leadership style enables effective stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and governance within regulated, safety-critical environments.
