Built on the established reputation of Advance TRS, our consultancy offers independent, specialist services across the project lifecycle—from planning and programme management to commercial, controls, and strategic delivery support. We embed alongside client teams, providing hands-on leadership, clarity, and delivery confidence across some of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes, including Heathrow’s Long-Term Growth strategy, HS2, and major water and rail upgrades.
