Advance TRS Management Consultancy deployed senior consultants across HS2 Ltd, the Department for Transport, and commercial consultancy teams. Key services delivered included:
- Programme Management: Led the £190m Integration Portfolio within the Technical Directorate, managing £100m in NEC professional services contracts, embedding controls, and leading cross-partner strategy development.
- Project Sponsorship: Represented DfT as Assistant Stations Sponsor for Old Oak Common and Network Rail Conventional Station, overseeing construction packages, stakeholder governance, and ministerial briefings.
- Commercial & Contract Management: Delivered commercial review of paused works at Euston Station, including final account validation, utility risk mitigation, and strategic reporting to support DfT and HS2 Ltd decision-making.
- PMO & Strategic Reporting: Supported cross-government programme office functions with milestone reporting, issue escalation, and performance insight to drive delivery outcomes.
