• Strategic Risk & Issue Management: Identified and addressed emerging risks associated with cost pressures, land acquisition, environmental approval, and community impact. Developed mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Agency Coordination: Brought together national, regional, and local agencies to streamline delivery processes, improve communication, and align procurement and planning timeframes. Worked closely with Waka Kotahi NZTA, KiwiRail, local authorities, and central government departments.
• Programme Performance Oversight: Led review cycles and portfolio performance assessments. Ensured robust reporting mechanisms were in place to support real-time decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
