Brittany is a Chartered Project Professional, recognised for her ability to develop and implement high-impact change strategies that enable infrastructure programmes to achieve excellence. Her approach prioritises people and culture initiatives, ensuring that organisations optimise their operations through inclusivity and strategic transformation.

With experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, Brittany excels in programme integration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Her ability to leverage diversity of thought enables her to identify and solve complex challenges, ensuring first-time best-for-programme decisions.

Key Experience Across Infrastructure and Programme Management

Before joining Advance TRS Management Consultancy, Brittany held senior roles in HS2 and Network Rail, delivering critical infrastructure and safety-driven projects:
