Jonathan Edwards is the Managing Partner of Advance TRS Management Consultancy, responsible for driving the vision, strategic direction, and growth of the business. A seasoned executive and transformative leader, Jonathan brings over 15 years’ experience working across the UK’s largest and most complex infrastructure programmes, supporting multinational clients through periods of change, growth, and challenge.
Jonathan has held senior positions across leading infrastructure, consultancy, and development organisations, including as EMEA Market Development Leader at GHD, where he sat on both the EMEA Leadership Team and Global Client Leadership Group. In this role, he led regional strategy, work winning, client development, and market positioning efforts across EMEA.
Prior to this, he served as Group Operations Director at the Arora Group, shaping commercial delivery and supporting Heathrow West’s private airport expansion plans. Earlier, as Director at Arcadis, Jonathan advised on strategy, stakeholder engagement, performance improvement, and business transformation across major programmes such as HS2, Tideway Tunnel, Civil Aviation Authority, and the Lower Thames Crossing.
With a background spanning executive leadership, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and market growth, Jonathan combines commercial and operational rigour with a passion for building trusted partnerships. His leadership of Advance TRS Management Consultancy focuses on delivering agile, people-centric solutions across talent strategy, organisational development, and workforce transformation.
