With over 10 years of recruitment experience, Louise brings deep sector expertise and a strong track record of sourcing hard-to-find, niche professionals across the built environment. She is especially skilled in executive search, successfully placing Director and C-Suite level professionals into complex consultancy assignments. Her candidate-first approach ensures a high-quality, consistent, and professional experience across all touchpoints.

In her role, Louise owns the recruitment lifecycle, from initial attraction and advertising through to onboarding and redeployment. She has built Advance TRS Management Consultancy’s recruitment infrastructure from the ground up—establishing tools, processes, and reporting to support effective and scalable hiring. She works in close collaboration with marketing to build the consultancy’s employer brand, and with client account leads to align talent pipelines with future project needs.
